Destination U! is a fitness platform to help beginners launch themselves into the fitness lifestyle of their dreams.
At Destination U! we are committed to providing a safe environment where participants are encouraged to compare themselves only to themselves–and to encourage one another–as we all work toward a common goal of being the best version of ourselves that we can be.
Our supportive group is geared toward educating beginners through a series of clinics on important topics such as “What is proper running form?”, and “What should I be eating and drinking during my workouts?” (and more!). In addition, we host local coaches, entrepreneurs, and even some amazing athletes, who share our passion for fitness, to be guest speakers. Our participants get the benefit of an educational, motivational, and inspirational discussion, and our guest speakers get to talk about why fitness is so important to them, offering tips and tricks that have helped them in their journey. They also get to tell us all about what they do, in their business and in their training.
